front lights

any recommendations? not for night riding just so drivers can see me. i almost had a head on when a driver took a left into my path, I dropped the bike and avoided death, he said he did not see me.

I run the Cygolite Metro 650 USB.  I run it in flash mode.

I need to make 1 correction.  My light is the Metro Pro 1100 usb.  I have not tracked battery life.  The specs  indicate 22 hours.  I recharge once a week.

You may want to also use tail lights.  I run two tail lights

Scary, Chuck.  Glad you ditched the bike and bailed.

Probably lots of lights with awesome lumens out there.

I have three flashing/strobe (750 lumens each) in the back.  Two are white, one is red.  I have one flashing/strobe in the front (on the OAB).  I used to have two (the OAB is wide enough) but have been lazy ... until reading your post.

All my lights are USB and I change them all after four hours of riding.

The idea is to catch their eye without blinding them.

thanks for all your input. I bought the cygolite, very bright in the daytime/blinking mode. I have been using the cygolite rear flashing red for a few years.
